The Department of Oncology runs a taught MSc in Radiation Biology and contributes to the part-time MSc in Experimental and Translational Therapeutics which is co-ordinated by the Department for Continuing Education.

Full-time MSc in Radiation Biology

This one-year, full-time, taught course in radiation biology comprises a five-month core theoretical course covering the emerging areas of fundamental radiation biology for oncology, its treatment by radiotherapy and a six-month high-quality laboratory research project.

Part-time MSc in Experimental and Translational Therapeutics

The Department of Oncology and the Department for Continuing Education offer a part-time MSc in Experimental and Translational Therapeutics for completion within two to three years. The course brings together some of Oxford's leading clinicians and scientists to deliver an advanced modular programme which draws on the world-class research and teaching at Oxford and offers a unique opportunity to gain an understanding of the principles that underpin clinical research, and to translate this into good clinical and research practice.
